Your adventure begins at Kakum National Park, where seven suspended bridges take you up to 40 metres above the forest floor. Feel the thrill, enjoy the incredible views and see if you’ve got the nerve to cross them all!

Then it’s off to Cape Coast and Elmina for a change of pace. Explore centuries-old castles, uncover stories that shaped the world and experience an important part of Ghana’s history.

What to wear and bring

Dress for a day of walking, climbing and exploring. Lightweight, breathable clothing, comfortable trainers or walking shoes with good grip, a hat and sunglasses are ideal.

Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, a small backpack, a reusable water bottle and your phone or camera to capture the adventure.

• Minimum booking: Two people. Solo adventurers are welcome at the minimum two-person booking price.
• Flexible dates: Available year-round, subject to attraction access and operational availability.
• Short-notice bookings: Requests are welcome, including for the next day, subject to confirmation.
• Difficulty: Easy to moderate, with forest paths, steps and elevated suspension bridges.
• Alternative activity: A guided forest walk may be available if you’d prefer to skip the canopy bridges.
